Replacement Policy

If a purchased product is found to be defective, inaccessible, incorrectly delivered, or stops functioning due to an issue not caused by the customer, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Replacement requests are typically processed within 1 day to 7 working days, depending on the product type, supplier response time, and nature of the issue.

To request a replacement, customers must contact our support team and provide:

  • Order details

  • Registered email address

  • Description of the issue

  • Relevant screenshots (if applicable)

Refund Policy

As we sell digital products and subscription services, refunds are generally not available once a product has been successfully delivered and activated.

However, a refund may be considered in the following situations:

  • The product cannot be delivered.

  • A replacement cannot be provided.

  • The issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.

  • The purchased service becomes permanently unavailable through no fault of the customer.

If a refund is approved, the refund amount may be adjusted based on:

  • The duration of service already used.

  • The value already consumed.

  • Any supplier or platform charges incurred.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.

  • Incorrect product selection by the customer.

  • Failure to read product descriptions or requirements.

  • Account suspension caused by violation of the service provider’s terms.
