## How Activation Works

Please follow these steps carefully:

1. Place your order and provide your personal @gmail.com address.

2. You may provide either a new or existing Gmail account.

3. An organization invitation link will be sent to your Gmail inbox.

4. ⚠️ DO NOT OPEN OR CLICK THE INVITATION LINK.

5. Copy/forward the received invitation link to our Admin on WhatsApp.

6. Our Admin will process the activation using the invitation link.

7. After processing, a Password Reset email will be sent to your Gmail address.

8. Open the Password Reset email and click the reset link.

9. Create your own Coursera password.

10. Sign in and start using your Coursera Org+ access normally.

## What Is Coursera Org+?

This is organization-based Coursera access provided through the New York State organization/program rather than a standard individual Coursera Plus subscription.

Once activated, you may see New York State / Department of Labor organization branding and the Virtual Career Center inside your Coursera learning environment.

You can access the courses, learning programs, specializations, and eligible certificates made available through the organization.

We will attempt to restore/reactivate the access or provide an applicable replacement according to our warranty policy.
