How to activate Office, Visio, Project, Access… (Key Bind 1User,…)?

| 🔐 What is a key bind to mail? | It is a key that, when entered, will bind permanently to a Microsoft account instead of being used directly inside Office software. |

| ♻️ Reinstalling the system | Simply log back into the same account and Office will automatically activate, no need to re-enter the key. |

Microsoft Office 2021 / Office 2024 Email Bind (Redeem Key) Activation Guide
Step 1
Open your web browser and go to:
https://setup.office.com/redeem/enter-key
Step 2
Sign in with the Microsoft account (email address) that you want to use with Office.
Important: The Office license will be linked to this Microsoft account.
Step 3
Enter your 25-character product key.
Example:XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
Step 4
Select your Country/Region and Language.
Step 5
Click Redeem.
Wait a few moments while Microsoft links the license to your Microsoft account.
Step 6
Once the redemption is complete, click Install Office.
The Office installer will begin downloading.
Step 7
Open the downloaded installer and follow the on-screen instructions.
Wait until Microsoft Office has finished installing.
Step 8
Open Microsoft Word, Excel, or any Office application.
If prompted, sign in using the same Microsoft account you used to redeem the key.
Step 9
Office will activate automatically.
To confirm activation:
Word → File → Account
You should see:
Product Activated
If You Receive an “Email Bind” License
Sign in to the Microsoft account that the license was bound to.
Go to setup.office.com.
Redeem the product key (if required).
Click Install Office.
Install Office.
Sign in with the same Microsoft account.
Office will activate automatically.
Important Notes
Use the same Microsoft account for redemption, installation, and activation.
An internet connection is required during redemption and activation.
Keep your product key in a safe place for future reference.
Do not redeem the same product key using a different Microsoft account after it has already been linked.
